Features:

1. Paper feeding part: Pre code paper, paper feeding platform, pneumatic bench. Pre code paper: Cylinder sliding angle aluminum, easy and fast to operate. The operator needs to put the processed paper into the pre code paper trolley, and put the trolley back to paper feeding platform to continue the next working when the paper sets the lower limit. Paper feeding platform: Automatic upgrade step distance can be set according to the paper amount, the operation is simple and fast. With the characteristics of shorter feeding distance and low labor intensity. Pneumatic bench: The operator stand on the working platform, pneumatic adjusting the height of machine according to different height of operator, easy to operate, saving time and effort.

2. Positioning section: the former regulations, the regulatory side. Former regulation: The oscillating former swinging on the paper side of a small impact, high positioning precision, with four sets of regulations former detection precision(Taiwan Rikko) fiber switch, the paper is in place to detect and avoid paper waste. Side regulation: You can choose different products based on the regulatory side, no need to replace components, easy adjustment and quick.

3.Die cutting section: gripper, die cutting frame, die cutting steel, transmission structure, host bottom station, the moving platform and the platform, intermittent structure, pneumatic clutch and brake. Die cutting pressure can overall regulating and can gripper edge regulating alone, manual slow down before turning convenient save Labor.

Feeding and pre-stack

1. Adopt automatic centralized lubricating system and setting main chain lubricating system by HMI
